PERRIGO COMPANY 23 Defendants. 24 25 The Motion to Compel Document Production and Testimony from Impax Laboratories, 26 Inc. ("Impax") by plaintiff Meda Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("Meda") came on regularly before this 27 Court for hearing on March 28, 2013.
