Hartford shall be allowed to post a supersedeas bond in the amount of

$367,958.25 to stay the enforcement of the award of attorneys’ fees in the amount

of $245,305.50 ordered in this case. [Dkt. Nos. 146, 152]

ORDERED that Hartford shall be allowed to post a supersedeas bond in the amount

of $367,958.25 to stay the enforcement of the award of attorneys’ fees in the

amount of $245,305.50 ordered in this case. [Dkt. Nos. 146, 152]

The Court hereby stays any proceedings to enforce the aforementioned

22

attorneys’ fees award, pending disposition of Defendants’ appeal, including to the

23

United States Supreme Court, if applicable.
