On March 22, 2017, plaintiffs filed a motion for summary judgment, noticing a

hearing date of April 26, 2017. Dkt. 133. On March 29, 2017, defendant filed a motion

16

for partial summary judgment, noticing a hearing date of May 3, 2017. Dkt. 135.

The court is not available on May 3, and it will be more efficient for both motions to

18

be heard on the same date. Accordingly, the court ORDERS that the noticed hearing

19

dates for both plaintiffs’ and defendant’s motions are hereby VACATED, and that the

20

court shall hear both motions on May 10, 2017, in Courtroom 3, 1301 Clay Street,

21

Oakland, California.
