Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation of dismissal (Dkt. No. 28), the Court hereby DISMISSES

13

this action in its entirety with prejudice under FED. R. CIV. P. 41(a)(2). Per the terms of the

14

stipulation, each party shall bear its own costs and fees other than as provided in the parties’

15

settlement agreement. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over enforcement of the settlement

16

agreement for a period of one year.
