AMERICAN ALTERNATIVE INSURANCE CORPORATION, 19 Counter-Defendant. 20 _____________________________________/ 21 On March 10, 2015, Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant American Alternative Insurance 22 23 Corporation filed an administrative motion to seal a document designated confidential by 24 Defendant and Counter-Claimant Thomas Coyne (“Coyne”). Coyne has not filed a declaration 25 that establishes the document is sealable in the time period required by Northern District Civil 26 Local Rule 79-5. Accordingly, the Court HEREBY ORDERS Coyne to show cause why the 27 document should not be filed in the public record. 28 // 1 Coyne’s response to this Order to Show Cause shall be due by April 2, 2015. If Coyne 2 fails to file a declaration by that date, the Court shall deny the motion to seal and it shall direct 3 the document be filed in the public record without further notice to Coyne. 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
