Plaintiff MAGPUL INDUSTRIES CORP. (“Magpul”) has requested a continuance of the

21 Case Management Conference, which is presently set for Friday, July 25, 2014, at 11:00 a.m.,
22 because a Case Management Conference may be unnecessary since none of the defendants have
23 responded to the First Amended Complaint, and Magpul will be filing a Motion for Entry of
24 Default Judgment this week. Magpul requests that this continuance be sufficient to allow the
25 Court to decide Magpul’s Motion for Entry of Default Judgment prior to the Case Management
