WHEREAS, the parties are exchanging documents and information for the purpose of
settlement negotiations;
WHEREAS, the parties also need to consult with actuaries for calculations regarding the
value of Plaintiff’s claim for additional pension benefits; and
WHEREAS, the parties need additional time to determine whether their negotiations will
conclude in a settlement;
THEREFORE, the parties request that the Court continue the Initial Case Management
Conference until November 11, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
