Laporte issued a Report and 16 Recommendation, in which she recommended that Plaintiff’s complaint be dismissed without 17 leave to amend because it appears that Plaintiff can make no cognizable claims relating to state 18 judges acting in their judicial capacity. Plaintiff has not filed an objection to the Report and 19 Recommendation within the time required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72. The Court 20 has reviewed Magistrate Judge Laporte’s Order and finds it thorough and well reasoned. 21 Accordingly, Court adopts Magistrate Judge Laporte’s Report and Recommendation that 22 Plaintiff’s complaint be dismissed without leave to amend.
