Plaintiff John Page brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review

16

of a final decision by Defendant Carolyn Colvin, the Commissioner of the Social Security

17

Administration. Defendant filed an answer to the Complaint on December 9, 2014. In accordance

18

with Local Rule 16-5, Plaintiff was to file a motion for summary judgment within 28 days of receipt

19

of Defendant’s answer. To date, Plaintiff has not filed a motion for summary judgment.

20

Accordingly, by no later than February 20, 2015, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause why this action

21

should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).

22

Failure to respond by February 20, 2015 may result in the dismissal of this action.
