On June 11, 2015, the court granted the parties’ third stipulation to extend the deadline for

Plaintiff John Page to file his motion for summary judgment, ordering Plaintiff to file his motion
15
by no later than June 17, 2015. [Docket No. 25.] The court noted that no further extensions
16
would be granted. Plaintiff has not filed his motion. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to respond
17
by June 19, 2015 and show cause why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
18
Failure to respond by June 19, 2015 may result in dismissal of this action.
