The Court finds there is no reason for delay in 20 entering judgment as to the claims alleged against Nationstar Mortgage LLC. Accordingly, IT IS 21 HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Judgment is entered in favor of 22 Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC and against Plaintiff Catherine Kwon.
