No. 1.) 14 According to the scheduling order entered in this action, the last day for Plaintiff to complete 15 service on the defendants or file a motion for administrative relief from the deadline was October 16 21, 2014. See Scheduling Order at 1, Dkt. No. 4; General Order 56 ΒΆ 1. As of the date of this 17 order, Plaintiff has not filed the required proof of service or filed a motion for relief from the 18 deadline. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Accordingly, Plaintiff shall show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
