2015, and the Joint Case Management Conference Statement is due March 20, 2015;

WHEREAS, the parties, through their respective counsel, have met and conferred and,

there being no objection, stipulate that the Case Management Conference should be moved to

a date after the Contra Costa Defendants have responded to the complaint;

WHEREAS, the parties request this court to order the date of the Case Management

Conference be moved to June 19, 2015, that the Joint Case Management Conference Statement
