No. 17), the Case Management Conference 13 (“CMC”) in this matter is CONTINUED from March 16, 2015 to the Court’s 2:00 p.m. Calendar on 14 Monday, May 11, 2015, in Courtroom 1 of the United States Courthouse located at 1301 Clay 15 Street in Oakland, California. 16 The Court notes that the parties failed to file a joint statement seven days in advance of the 17 March 16, 2015 CMC date as required. (See Dkt. No. 10.) The parties shall file their joint CMC 18 statement by May 4, 2015. Furthermore, the parties are reminded that they must file updated 19 CMC statements in advance of each CMC pursuant to the applicable local rules and standing 20 orders. Failure to do so may result in sanctions. 21 22 Defendant’s pending motion for telephonic appearance at the March 16, 2015 conference (Dkt.
