On March 23, 2017, Defendants Almaviva S.p.A., Almawave S.r.l., and Almawave USA,

Inc. (collectively, “Almawave Defendants”) filed a motion for attorney fees and costs jointly and

14

severally against (1) Plaintiff Loop AI Labs, Inc. (“Loop”); (2) Valeria Healy, Esq.; (3) her firm Healy

15

LLC; (4) Dan Weinberg, Esq.; and (5) his firm Freitas, Angell & Weinberg (collectively, the

16

“Respondents”). On March 30, 2017, Ms. Healy filed an administrative motion in propria persona

17

for extension of time to respond to Almawave Defendants’ motion. Dkt. No. 1000. Specifically,

18

Healy requested that the Court extend the deadline to respond until May 5, 2017. On April 4,

19

2017, Loop filed a joinder in Healy’s administrative motion for extension of time. Dkt. No. 1007.

Without adopting the reasoning articulated in Healy’s administrative motion or Loop’s
joinder, the Court CONTINUES the deadline for the Respondents to respond to the Almawave
Defendants’ motion for attorney fees and costs from April 6, 2017 to May 5, 2017. This order
terminates Dkt. No. 1000.
