The Court ORDERS as follows: 1. Jury selection shall commence on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at the United States Courthouse located at 3140 Boeing Avenue in McKinleyville, CA. The Court reminds the parties that pursuant to Pretrial Order No. 1, proceedings with the Court shall commence at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise instructed. (Dkt. No. 137.) 2. Opening argument shall be held on Friday, August 18, 2017. 3. The parties shall present evidence beginning on Monday, August 21, 2017. 4. The parties are hereby allocated 13 hours for trial, not including opening, closing, or video clips over five minutes in length. 5. The Third Pretrial Conference shall be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1 of the United States Courthouse located at 1301 Clay Street in Oakland, California. 6.
