The Court issued a stay of this matter due to a state court proceeding. The state court 2 proceeding remains ongoing. Although the presentation of evidence at the trial has concluded, this is a 3 court trial and the court has not yet ruled. The parties have a deadline of March 13, 2017 to submit 4 proposed statements of decision, and by statute the court has 90 days in which to rule following that 5 submission. 6 2. Neither party believes that a case management conference would be useful at this stage. 7 3. There are no other dates in this matter that will be affected by a continuation of the case 8 9 10 management conference.
