On September 30, 2015, the Court ordered Plaintiffs Mike Geller and Ronald Bennett to

14

show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to serve the summons and complaint

15

as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). On October 1, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a

16

response to the order to show cause and a certificate of service showing that Defendant was served

17

on May 14, 2015, which is within 120 days of the date Plaintiffs filed their complaint in this

18

action. Accordingly, the order to show cause is DISCHARGED.
