No. 26 Defendant. United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 13 The Court understands, based upon the representations of the plaintiff (Dkt. No. 26), that 14 the above-captioned case has settled. Accordingly, all pending motion, case management, and 15 trial dates are VACATED. A compliance hearing shall be held on the Court’s 9:01 a.m. calendar 16 on Friday, February 12, 2016, in Courtroom 1 of the United States Courthouse located at 1301 17 Clay Street in Oakland, California. 18 Five (5) business days prior to the date of the compliance hearing, the parties shall file 19 either (1) a Stipulation of Dismissal; or (2) a one-page Joint Statement setting forth an explanation 20 regarding the failure to comply. If compliance is complete, the parties need not appear and the 21 compliance hearing will be taken off calendar. Telephonic appearances will be allowed if the 22 parties have submitted a joint statement in a timely fashion. 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
