WHEREAS the parties have diligently been cooperating and working on completing
discovery including depositions of the parties.

WHEREAS, calendar conflicts necessitated a postponement of the Settlement Conference
before the Hon. Magistrate Maria-Elena James to June 7, 2016.

WHEREAS the parties have agreed and stipulated to modify the Case Management
