Nos. 89, 90 10 United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 Before the court are defendant Methode Electronics, Inc.’s (“Methode”) 13 administrative motions to remove incorrectly filed documents from ECF (Dkt. 90) and to 14 shorten time for its pending motion for leave to amend the joint claim construction 15 statement (Dkt. 89). 16 The motion to remove incorrectly filed documents is GRANTED. The motion is not 17 opposed, and the documents—Dkt. Nos. 80-2, 80-8, 80-9—were filed in conjunction with 18 a motion that was subsequently withdrawn. The court ORDERS that these documents 19 shall be permanently removed from ECF. 20 The motion to shorten time is DENIED. Methode has not established the 21 substantial harm or prejudice required under the local rules. See L.R. 6-3(a)(3). 22 Methode’s motion to leave to amend will be heard according to the usual briefing 23 schedule and the noticed hearing date of October 19. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: September 14, 2016 26 27 28 _________________________________ PHYLLIS J.
