Having reviewed Plaintiff Kaimin Jimmy Jen’s (“Plaintiff”) motion for, among other

14

things, an extension of time to respond to Defendant City and County of San Francisco’s

15

(“Defendant”) motion for summary judgment, the Court DENIES the motion, TAKES

16

Defendant’s pending motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment under submission, and

17

VACATES the hearing date previously scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2017. However, the

18

Court will allow Mr. Jen to file oppositions to Defendant’s pending motions no later than August

19

4, 2017, if Plaintiff chooses to do so. Any reply to Plaintiff’s oppositions will be due by August

20

11, 2017.
