On January 18, 2017, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement and requested 60 days to file a

14

dismissal. (Dkt. No. 44.) On January 23, 2017, the Court issued an order, requiring Plaintiff to

15

file a dismissal within 60 days of the order, absent any extension ordered by the Court. (Dkt. No.

16

45.) As of the date of this order, however, Plaintiff has not filed a dismissal.

17

Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to, by April 21, 2017, to 1) file a notice of dismissal, and

18

2) to respond to this order to show cause by explaining why she failed to comply with the Court's

19

January 23, 2017 order.
