The parties’ stipulation is modified as follows, and IT IS SO ORDERED. The Court adopts the parties' stipulation to participate in the Court's mediation process. The mediation in this case shall take place following completion of mediation in Valencia v. Comcast, 15-cv-04771-JSW, on a schedule to be established through this Court's ADR Program. Within 14 days after the conclusion of mediation in Valencia v. Comcast, 15-cv-04771-JSW, the parties must contact the Court's ADR Program to schedule a further ADR telephone conference in this case and all related cases.
