Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, and for good cause shown, the Court orders

2 as follows:

Defendant shall file its opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class

4 Certification (Dkt. 102) no later than October 13, 2017; and

2.

Plaintiffs shall file any reply in support of the Motion for Class

6 Certification no later than November 17, 2017; and
7

3.

The hearing on the class certification motion shall take place on or about

8 December 7, 2017, or any other agreeable date that is convenient for this Court.
