Plaintiff Amalia Valencia (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Amazon.com LLC (“Amazon”)

(jointly with Plaintiff, the “Parties”), through their respective counsel of record herein, hereby

WHEREAS, on April 21, 2016, Plaintiff filed a complaint in this action (“Complaint”);

WHEREAS, Plaintiff served the Complaint on Amazon on August 26, 2016;

WHEREAS, Amazon’s initial responsive pleading is due on September 16, 2016;

NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree and hereby stipulate, pursuant to Civil Local Rule

6-1(a), that Defendant Amazon’s deadline to file its response to Plaintiff’s Complaint is extended

to October 17, 2016.
