Cal. 17 Civil Local Rule 7-4(b). 18 For the reasons stated in the Parties’ joint motion, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 19 1. Versace may file a memorandum of points and authorities in support of its motion 20 for summary judgment not exceeding forty (40) pages. 21 2. Defendants may file an opposition brief not exceeding forty (40) pages. 22 3.
