On October 5, 2016, the court dismissed Plaintiff Tracey N. Thompson’s complaint and

granted her leave to file an amended complaint by October 20, 2016. [Docket No. 12.] The court

15

warned Plaintiff that failure to file an amended complaint by October 20, 2016 could result in

16

dismissal of the action. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint. Accordingly, this matter is

17

hereby dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
