(collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and defendants Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Golden

Eagle Insurance Corporation (collectively, “Defendants”), hereby stipulate that this action and

all claims Plaintiffs have asserted against Defendants in this action are hereby dismissed in their
