ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION; ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 13 The court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Corley's Report and Recommendation 14 re plaintiff's motion for default judgment against defendant Aliphcom. Defendant filed no 15 objections to the report within the time specified in 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). The court finds 16 the report correct, well-reasoned and thorough, and adopts it in every respect. 17 Accordingly, the motion for default judgment is GRANTED. Plaintiff NexRep, LLC, 18 shall recover of defendant Aliphcom actual damages and prejudgment interest in the 19 amount of $786,325.54, attorney’s fees in the amount of $5,040.00, and $400.00 in costs. 20 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 Dated: April 7, 2017 23 24 25 26 27 28 _________________________________ PHYLLIS J.
