Plaintiff Daisy Saji (“Plaintiff”) and defendant Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. (“RCS”)
(collectively with Plaintiff, the “Parties”) hereby stipulate as follows:

This action, and each and every claim asserted in the action, shall be dismissed with
prejudice as to RCS only; and
