The stipulation of the parties, filed April 5, 2017 (Dkt. No. 25), is GRANTED IN PART.

Based upon the stipulation, all pending motions, including the motion set for May 16, 2017 and all
13
associated deadlines, all case management dates, and the trial date are VACATED. A compliance
14
hearing shall be held on the Court’s 9:01 a.m. calendar on Friday, May 26, 2017, in Courtroom 1
15
of the United States Courthouse located at 1301 Clay Street in Oakland, California.
16
Five (5) business days prior to the date of the compliance hearing, the parties shall file
17
either (a) a Stipulation of Dismissal; or (b) a one-page Joint Statement setting forth an
18
explanation regarding the failure to comply. If compliance is complete, the parties need not
19
appear and the compliance hearing will be taken off calendar.

Telephonic appearances will be allowed if the parties have submitted a joint statement in a
21
timely fashion.

IT IS SO ORDERED. This terminates Docket No. 25.
