Plaintiff Joe Tsai (“Tsai”) and Defendant Wesley Weili Wang (“Wang”), by and through
19
their respective counsel, have agreed to settle all aspects of the above-captioned cases. The
20
parties stipulate to entry of judgment in the amount of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars
21
($750,000.00), in the proposed form attached as Exhibit A, which will be the Court’s final
22
judgment in this matter (“Judgment”).

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among the
parties, through their respective counsel, as follows:
1. That judgment can be entered, and the Court is requested to enter Judgment in
accordance with Exhibit A;
2. Each party is to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
