Pursuant to the Parties’ Stipulation and [Proposed] Order for Entry of Judgment, IT IS
HEREBY ADJUGED AND ORDERED that:

(1) JUDGMENT is entered for Plaintiff Joe Tsai and against Defendant Wesley Weili Wang
20
on liability for the following causes of action alleged in the First Amended Complaint:
21
negligent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, conversion, negligent interference with
22
prospective economic relations, negligence, common count, and account stated in the
23
amount of seven hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars ($750,000.00).
24
(2) JUDGMENT of dismissal with prejudice is entered on all claims by Plaintiff Joe Tsai
25
against Defendant Wesley Weili Wang for actual fraud, concealment fraud, promissory
26
fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of
27
good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion,
28
intentional interference with prospective economic relations, negligent interference with

(3) Each party is to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
