The court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Beeler's Report and Recommendation

that the complaint be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 for failure to state a claim.

Pro se plaintiff Shruti Shetty filed no objections to the report within the time specified in
16
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). The court finds the report correct, well-reasoned and thorough,
17
and adopts it in every respect.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the complaint is DISMISSED for failure to
19
state a claim. The dismissal is WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Any amended complaint shall
20
be filed no later than May 10, 2017. No new parties or causes of action may be added
21
without leave of court.
