ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION; ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WITH LEAVE TO AMEND United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 13 The court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Beeler's Report and Recommendation 14 that the complaint be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 for failure to state a claim. 15 Pro se plaintiff Shruti Shetty filed no objections to the report within the time specified in 16 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). The court finds the report correct, well-reasoned and thorough, 17 and adopts it in every respect. 18 Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the complaint is DISMISSED for failure to 19 state a claim. The dismissal is WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Any amended complaint shall 20 be filed no later than May 10, 2017.
