GARAY, et al., Defendants. 11 United States District Court Northern District of California Case No. 12 13 14 The Court having been advised that the parties have agreed to a settlement of this cause, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this 15 cause be dismissed with prejudice; provided, however, that if any 16 party hereto shall certify to this Court, with proof of service 17 of a copy thereon on opposing counsel, within 90 days from the 18 date hereof, that the agreed consideration for said settlement 19 has not been delivered over, the foregoing Order shall stand 20 vacated and this cause shall forthwith be restored to the 21 22 calendar to be set for trial.
