(“Plaintiff”) and Defendant SPLUNK INC. (“Defendant”) (collectively, the “Parties”), by and

WHEREAS, on May 18, 2017, the Court set an Initial Case Management

WHEREAS, Defendant’s counsel will be at a deposition scheduled prior to the May
18, 2017 order.
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that no party would be prejudiced by a 7-day
continuance of the Initial Case Management Conference.
