Plaintiff’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss will be filed on or before June 9, 2017; 5 2. Defendant’s Reply will be filed on or before June 23, 2017; 6 3. The Motion to Dismiss will be heard on August 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm; 7 4.
