As the Court’s records will reflect, this action was filed on June 8, 2017 (Dkt. #1).
The process server hired by Plaintiffs’ counsel to serve Defendant with the Summons and
Complaint in this matter informed me today that Defendant was personally served with the Summons
and Complaint on August 29, 2017, and that a signed Proof of Service would be provided to my office
today. Upon receipt of the signed Proof of Service of Summons, Plaintiffs will immediately file same
with the Court.
