The parties to this action have entered into a Settlement Agreement, as well as a stipulation

pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) to dismiss this action with prejudice as to plaintiff-relator Amanda

Morrison. Further, the United States, the State of California, and the County of Alameda also

stipulated to dismiss this action without prejudice as to them.

The Court hereby grants the stipulation and dismisses this action with prejudice as to plaintiff-
6
relator Amanda Morrison, and without prejudice as to the United States, the State of California, and
7
the County of Alameda.
