Pursuant to the MINUTE ENTRY following a telephone conference with the Court on

August 14, 2018, the parties have met and conferred for the purpose of revising the existing expert

and mediation deadlines to facilitate a meaningful mediation while still maintaining the existing

24

trial date. These dates have been modified from those originally contemplated by the parties as a

25

result of plaintiff LESLIE BROWN undergoing knee replacement surgery on January 31, 2018,

26

and the resulting delay in her defense medical evaluation, which is going forward on August 24,

27

2018. The dates below reflect these developments:
