Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16-10(a), Defendants Inside Secure, S.A. and Inside Secure

3 Corp. ("Defendants") respectfully request that this Court grant permission for P. Anthony Sammi,
4 lead trial counsel for Defendants, to appear by telephone for the Case Management Conference
5 currently scheduled for February 6, 2018, at 2:00 PM ("Case Management Conference"). In
6 support of this request, undersigned counsel represents that (1) counsel for Plaintiff Pace Anti7 Piracy, Inc. was consulted and has no opposition to this request, and (2) Defendants' request is
