61) brought by defendant WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor by merger with Wells Fargo

Bank Southwest, N.A., formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB and World Savings Bank,

FSB (“Wells Fargo”), defendant THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, formerly known as The
27
Bank of New York, and defendant U.S. Bank, National Association as Legal Title Trustee for the
28
Truman 2016 SC6 Title Trust. (collectively, the “Bank Defendants”.) The order granted the Bank

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

The Bank Defendants’ motions to dismiss each claim in the First Amended
Complaint are GRANTED for the reasons set out in the Court’s June 4, 2019 order;

2.
Plaintiffs’ claims are dismissed without leave to amend; and

3.
Plaintiffs shall take nothing from the Bank Defendants in this action.
