Nos. 59 & 24 61) brought by defendant WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor by merger with Wells Fargo 25 Bank Southwest, N.A., formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB and World Savings Bank, 26 FSB (“Wells Fargo”), defendant THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, formerly known as The 27 Bank of New York, and defendant U.S. Bank, National Association as Legal Title Trustee for the 28 Truman 2016 SC6 Title Trust. (collectively, the “Bank Defendants”.) The order granted the Bank 94000/HR0018/02319200-1 1 CASE NO.: 4:18-CV-01049-HSG JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL 1 Defendants’ motions to dismiss without leave to amend as to all claims in the First Amended 2 Complaint. (Dkt. No. 72.) 3 ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 4 1. The Bank Defendants’ motions to dismiss each claim in the First Amended Complaint are GRANTED for the reasons set out in the Court’s June 4, 2019 order; 5 6 2.
