This is 22 Defendant’s second request for extension. Good cause exists to grant Defendant’s request for 23 extension. Defendant needed additional time for the preparation of the paper Certified 24 Administrative Record (CAR) and for attorney review following receipt of the CAR to prepare 25 the Answer and/or responsive pleading. Defendant makes this request in good faith with no 26 intention to unduly delay the proceedings. Defendant apologizes for the belated request for 27 extension, but was out on sick leave from the flu/acute pneumonia and sought an additional 28 JS for Extension of Time and PO; Case No. 4:18-cv-01764-KAW 1 1 extension of time as soon as reasonably practicable.
