IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff SNEJANA
2 NORRIS (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant LENDINGTREE LLC (“Defendant”) (Plaintiff and
3 Defendant collectively referred to herein as the "Parties"), by and through their respective
4 undersigned counsel, as follows:
5
WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Quash Subpoenas for Employment Records (the
6 “Motion”) on November 12, 2018 (Docket No. 22);
7
WHEREAS, the hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion is currently set for 2:00 p.m. on March 7,
8 2019 (Docket No. 25);
9
WHEREAS, Defendant’s Opposition to the Motion is currently due on December 5, 2018;
10
WHEREAS, Plaintiff’s Reply in support of the Motion is currently due on December 12,
11 2018;
12
WHEREAS, to allow the Parties to prepare for mediation and focus their efforts on
13 resolution of this matter and not the deadlines associated with responding to the pending Motion,
14 or the costs associated therein, the Parties have agreed, with good cause showing, to continue the
15 briefing deadlines on the Motion until after the mediation, such that Defendant’s Opposition will
16 be due on January 8, 2019 and Plaintiff’s Reply will be due on January 15, 2019; and
17
WHEREAS, neither Party will be prejudiced by the continuance of the briefing deadlines
18 and anticipate that the requested continuances will not further impact any other future deadlines.
19
THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed to by and between Plaintiff SNEJANA
20 NORRIS and Defendant LENDINGTREE LLC through their respective counsel of record, that:
21
1.
The deadline for Defendant to file an Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion to Quash
22 Subpoenas for Employment Records (“Motion”), currently scheduled for hearing on March 7,
23 2019, shall be continued to January 8, 2019; and
24
2.
The deadline for Plaintiff to file a Reply in support of Plaintiff’s Motion shall be
25 continued January 15, 2019.
