WHEREAS, on July 13, 2020, the Court stayed this action until resolution of both appeals
(ECF 101);
WHEREAS, on April 9, 2021, the Federal Circuit issued a summary affirmance pursuant
to Fed. Cir. R. 36, affirming the
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2021, the Federal Circuit issued its Mandate to the PTAB in

accordance with the judgment and awarded costs to Apple;

THEREFORE, consistent with the Federal

request that the Court enter a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil
