On June 28, 2019, the Court granted in part and denied in part Plaintiffs California and

14

New Mexico’s motion for partial summary judgment. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure

15

58, the Court hereby ENTERS partial judgment in favor of California and New Mexico and

16

against Defendants on the grounds stated in the Court’s order. See Dkt. No. 185. As discussed in

17

that order, the Court certifies this judgment for immediate appeal pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the

18

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
