Upon consideration of the parties’ stipulation submitted on September 13, 2019, and for
good cause shown, the Court hereby orders:
(1)
On September 16, 2019, Defendants will file an administrative record regarding the
Secretary of Defense’s decision to authorize eleven border barrier projects in California,
Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 2808.
(2)
Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment is due on October __, 2019. Plaintiffs’ motion
for summary judgment shall be no more than 35 pages.
