On September 1, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma

14

pauperis, and ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee. (Dkt. No. 13.) To date, there is no indication

15

that Plaintiff has paid the filing fee. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause, by

16

January 31, 2023, why the case should not be dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee by: (1)

17

paying the filing fee in full or providing evidence that the filing fee has been paid, and (2) if the

18

filing fee was not paid, explaining why Plaintiff did not comply with the Court’s order.

19

The Court VACATES the January 24, 2023 case management conference.
