This case is scheduled for a Pretrial Conference on November 14, 2011. On October 11,

2011, the Court granted Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File Motion for Reconsideration of the

17

Court’s Order Granting Defendants’ Motion to Disqualify Counsel.1 In its October 11 Order, the

18

Court set a briefing schedule for Plaintiffs’ Motion for Reconsideration and continued the October

19

17, 2011 Case Management Conference to December 12, 2011. (Id. at 3.)

Accordingly, in light of the pending Motion for Reconsideration, and in light of the fact that

21

a Case Management Conference in this matter is already scheduled for December 12, 2011, the

22

Court VACATES the November 14 Pretrial Conference.
